what do you charge?

Our overheads are low meaning those savings are passed onto owners in the property management fee. In truth, most lease contracts will include Property Management as a tenant cost. However, that doesn’t mean the tenant should be paying for sub-standard service. Even though it doesn’t cost your pocket in the short-term it does create an impression of you for the tenant. We believe keeping the costs realistic is beneficial for a long-term relationship between the tenant and owner. This is further augmented by ensuring good communication with the tenant as the owner’s representative (we take this seriously, we own commercial property, therefore we understand the importance of maintaining great working relationships).

The property management fee will vary depending on the property or portfolio under consideration.  Our pricing is flexible depending on the inputs that the owner requires.  We look forward to discussing options with you in a no-obligation setting.

FPM does not charge any fees associated with: rent reviews, lease renewals or new leases. FPM only charges for the ongoing property management when it is leased.
