The sheds are a group of 82 storage units, owned by around 50 different owners which form a Body Corporate. The units are used by a mixture of owners and tenants. It is a fully secure site with CCTV cameras operating, swipe card entry and exit and individual unit alarms. We partner with Code9 and Sub5 to provide 24/7 security monitoring of the site. Owners of these units from time to time put them up for sale and/or lease, should there be any units available for purchasing or leasing FPM works with the owners in finding purchasers. A number of units have been sold through the services provided by FPM.

Currently 26 residential units of high-quality townhouses on a unit title development. This is stage two, when complete there will be 37 units on this site. Frost Property Management is honoured to be chosen to manage this new development. A full suite of services were required to establish this new site from operating rules to registration with LINZ, liaising with the developer, lawyers and planners and then of course the new owners who are loving their new houses and the great location.
