Frost Property Management is directed by Warren Frost. Warren has a Masters in Physical Education and a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Medicine along with a Diploma in Teaching. Warren has been involved in property management for over 26 years, primarily in the residential market and the last 10 plus years in the commercial sector.
Warren has a wide-ranging background in secondary school education, high performance sport and property management. Following the earthquakes of 2010 and 2011, Warren was instrumental in proactively managing a team of loss adjustors, quantity surveyors, lead contractors, engineers and architects through a difficult multi-million dollar repair programme while still trading. This process was made more difficult by the lead contractor going into receivership. It was at this point that Warren’s skills of negotiation and case management refined in the arena of international sport proved very useful. Through direct negotiations with the CEO of a major insurance company Warren was able to ensure the completion of the project as well as protecting the rights of the sub-contractors.
Following this experience, Warren recognised that the soft skills he had developed in teaching and through sports science were readily transferrable to managing property beyond his own portfolio. Shortly after this, at the request of a body corporate chair, Frost Property Management was incorporated to manage ‘The Sheds’, a development of 82 storage units on Main South Road.

He has developed the necessary knowledge about Compliance Schedules, The Building Act, The Health & Safety at Work Act and The Unit Titles Act. Implementing systems which enable FPM to respond to financial and legal requirements of the various Acts.
